Speed School- 7 to 10

This program is a must for any young athlete, ages 4 to 7, who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

Superdome Speed School – Ages 7-10

This program is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition. The Parisi Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete's physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but are applied within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.  Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.  Helps with: Coordination, running technique, first step quickness, flexibility, injury prevention, weight loss and self confidence.

Speed School -11+

At this level, for kids 11+, the programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. linear Speed, change of direction, upper and lower body strength and endurance, flexibility and much more...

Superdome Speed School – Ages 11+

At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:
  • Linear Speed: Parisi's signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
  • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
  • Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
  • Other Benefits: Flexibility, self-confidence and endurance
